They were able to add some ducting and a second thermostat upstairs and kept me from having to add a second air conditioner! Started the job quickly and everyone was super friendly!!!!

I just moved to Texas and bought a house here. Three months later the upstairs air conditioning stopped working. My realtor recommended Scogin-Aire so I called them. They had a tech at my house within 2 hours. The air handler was only 5 years old but the motor was shot. I spoke to the owner and agreed to the price. the unit was ordered and installed the very next day. They were very professional, honest and fun to work with. I still work in Ct. and I build houses there. I would love to have them as one of my trades in Ct.

Mike did a great job installing a thermostat. When he checked the way my old one was wired, he had to take a different approach. He did the work in record time. He explained how it worked. I will definitely use him again. I like his work ethic, his warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
