If you don’t use Scogin-Aire for your HVAC system, you should. They show up when they’re supposed to, explain what’s going on and don’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. We’ve been using them since we moved here and I highly recommend them. A+ in all categories.

Annual A/C maintenance was completed today. The technician, Oscar, arrived on time and came prepared.T he work was thorough and systematic. He inspected the full system, including component cleaning, level checks, electrical connections, and overall operation. No shortcuts observed. He also installed a UV light in the system as requested. The system is now operating correctly, with stable performance and no abnormal noise or behavior. Conclusion: reliable and methodical service. Recommended.

They completed my spring a/c check plus evaluated a funny noise from my compressor. They were able to identify a potential issue and fix right away.

Nothing is worse than a hot sweaty house when the AC goes down. Michael with Scogin Aire has taken care of several of my friends and colleagues for over 20 years. I was skeptical at first. Too many people singing his praises, but boy was I impressed! From getting there on short notice (and when he said he would be there) to diagnosing and telling me exactly what was wrong to finishing the job when he said he would and for how much he said it would be.
