I have used Scogin Aire for many years. Their service is always great, informative, and reasonably priced.

Kris came to do the Fall maintenance and found some issues that we need to address. He was very thorough. He emailed us the report with photos of everything he had done and what needed to be done next. He was pleasant, efficient and respectful. Scoggin Aire has taken care of our AC/Heating for over 20 years and Kris is just an example the caliber of employees the company hires.

This is a great company that truly cares about service and quality. The whole team is really awesome! They are able to help us when 12 of our A/C units were damaged by thieves at one of our business locations. Michael came and inspected then drew up a plan, with options, and great explanations. We pulled the trigger and his team jumped in and knocked it out with precision. That was 3 years ago and they no service all of our locations and my personal home as well. 5 stars!!!!!

We have now been in Houston for 3 years now and Oscar from Scogin-Aire has kept us cool all 3 years. The greatest part about having Oscar come out isn't his ability to maintain/fix our ac units, it's that I can trust him in my house with my family if I'm not there. He is one of the best HVAC Techs you will meet but he's a great trustworthy family on top of everything else. Great Company and a Great Guy!

They were able to add some ducting and a second thermostat upstairs and kept me from having to add a second air conditioner! Started the job quickly and everyone was super friendly!!!!
